Adam Davidson

Managing Director


With more than 18 years of property investment experience, he transitioned from his dentistry practice to follow his passion for investing full-time. As Founder and Managing Director, Adam leads the Up Property team, business operations and strategy.

He is responsible for all aspects of acquisitions, and investor and stakeholder involvement. Adam’s vision to create an integrated property development and investment business renowned for quality landmark projects has been a success for 15 years.

Ben Kot

Chief Financial Officer


A qualified chartered accountant with over 15 years’ experience across various industries including Retail, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing and Corporate Recovery across Melbourne, Sydney and London.

For the past 10 years he has held senior finance roles within the property development and construction industries. Ben has recently been appointed as Chief Financial Officer at Up Property, and oversees the fiscal requirements of both the commercial and residential divisions of the business

Gab Pascuzzi

Director of Acquisitions


Gab Pascuzzi brings over 22 years’ experience within the property sector to his role at Up Property. Having previously held long-standing roles with CBRE, where he was the Director of Industrial Investments, and Knight Frank where he was the Partner Head of Logistics for Victoria, Gab has extensive knowledge of the industrial, commercial and residential markets which supports his focus to source and acquire new value-add opportunities for the business in each of these sectors.

Jonathan Yap

Investment & Development Manager


Jonathan’s role at Up Property spans property acquisition, due diligence, town planning, risk assessment, project feasibilities and sales.

Previously Development Manager for the Acquisitions Division of Places Victoria, Jonathan’s experience is in business and property development, his relationship building skills, and his passion for design has been an invaluable part of establishing our company’s brand and reputation.

Ryan O'Grady

Group Investment & Asset Manager


Ryan is responsible for the operational functions of Up Property’s portfolio. Over 7+ years he has amassed broad knowledge across Sales, Leasing, Property & Asset Management & Development, in commercial, industrial, retail and residential real estate.

He has held prior roles as Sales & Leasing Manager at Pellicano Group, and as a Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent at Knight Frank.

Frank Caron

Facilities Manager


With 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, Frank is currently the lead on our large commercial projects. He oversees these projects’ day-to-day management onsite, working closely with our project teams, tradespeople and prospective tenants to maintain current infrastructure and maximise efficiency.

Frank also has extensive personal property development experience including new residential builds, residential extensions and subdivisions.

Dora Karageorgiou

Financial Controller

Dora holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and has been a fully accredited CPA Australia accountant for over a decade.

At Up Property her responsibilities include developing accounting systems for new entities, ensuring tax compliance, improving our capturing methods and use of data, and preparing financials for external accounts.

Marcus Jankie

General Manager

With over 15 years of experience, Marcus has built a reputation across the property development and construction industry. Before his role as a General Manager for Up, Marcus saw remarkable global success in New York City, acquiring a diverse skill set across all sectors of the industry. Marcus’ role has him overseeing daily operations, focusing on project delivery, improving efficiencies, managing staff, overseeing budgets and business and marketing strategies.

Michael Di Natale

Property Analyst


Michael joins Up with over 5 years experience in residential property management and sales. This work is further complemented by a Bachelor of Property and Real Estate from Deakin University, in which he is in his penultimate year. Transitioning into the team as a Junior Property Analyst, Michael’s role will see him assist the team throughout all stages of the acquisition process, whilst also identifying potential leasing opportunities for Up’s projects.

Thomas Bird

Architectural Designer


Thomas is an award-winning architectural design professional with 10 years of design and construction experience in residential development.

Thomas’ role at Up Property involves feasibility studies, due diligence, design, town planning, consultant management and product development. He studied at RMIT and began his career at his family’s building business, before becoming a senior designer at Bayland Property Group.
