Positioned close to the Geelong CBD, Up Property took on the urban renewal challenge of transforming this vacant school site into a beautifully landscaped landmark development to set a new benchmark for living in the area, known as The Oxford.

Designed by Bagnoli Architects, The Oxford comprises 48 architecturally designed residences across nearly three acres, and has been masterplanned to provide all new homes with access to a newly created park. This project was successfully completed in July 2017.
